About this product

Surface ownership is the first question in any lease acquisition campaign. This package assembles parcel-level ownership records across the full Haynesville-Bossier stacked play footprint from public assessor sources in Louisiana and Texas — eliminating manual county-by-county research across eight jurisdictions.

Each record includes the owner name, mailing address parsed to street/city/state/zip for direct mail use, physical property address, FEMA flood zone classification, and subsidence velocity where InSAR coverage is available (Caddo and Bossier parishes). Large landowners — defined as ≥10 total acres or ≥3 parcels under the same owner name — are pre-clustered and sorted by acreage in a companion file.

The GeoJSON export includes full parcel geometries for direct integration with GIS and mapping tools. Caddo and Bossier parcels carry the fullest enrichment: flood zone, LiDAR terrain, and subsidence velocity. DeSoto parcels include flood zone and LiDAR terrain (elevation, freeboard, slope); subsidence velocity is null for DeSoto due to forest canopy interference with C-band radar. Webster and TX county parcels carry base ownership fields only.
