Distress & Urban Decay
Adjudicated Property Intelligence
The full adjudicated dataset enriched with five independent risk and condition layers — designed for users who need to act on the data, not just see it.
About this product
Adjudicated Property Intelligence adds five independently-derived enrichment layers to the base dataset: flood zone and freeboard, InSAR subsidence velocity, 34-year permit history with violation ratio, composite parcel distress score, and LISA spatial quadrant classification.
The composite distress score integrates condition signals across all layers — physical, regulatory, and spatial. The LISA quadrant (High-High, Low-Low, etc.) places each parcel in its spatial context: a parcel in an LL cluster has different redevelopment economics than an identical parcel in an HH cluster. The urgency tier (1–3) combines distress score with blight vector proximity to prioritize intervention routing.
This is the appropriate product for users who need to route dollars — demolition budgets, acquisition pipelines, community reinvestment allocations — rather than simply map the problem.
